Ottawa police are investigating after a 2-year-old boy was reportedly groped by a stranger while playing in a Stittsville park.
The incident took place last Friday at 3 p.m., at Main St. and Abbott St.
The boy’s mother, who was present, told police a man approached her son and inappropriately touched him.
The mother, in shock, immediately left with her son.
The suspect is a white male, 50 to 60 years, standing 5-feet 8-inches tall.
Cops said he was speaking English loudly, energetically and abruptly and wore a white hat.
The man was possibly accompanied by a woman his age.
