•18 times more likely to report a suicide attempt in the past year than other students
•11 times more likely to report involvement in gang fights and carrying a gun
•20 times more likely to report selling drugs other than marijuana
•showing high rates of depressive symptoms and low self esteem

OLG penalties:
1st offence = 30-day suspension
2nd offence = 60-day suspension
3rd offence = terminating the business as a lottery retailer
